13 muddy miles across the South downs today. Very sticky but 100% rideable. Apologizes to the mountain biker who was climbing as I tore pass him on the Downhill to Sixways shouting to him "Coming pass you on your right!!!! Thanksssss!!!"

Up and round Barry Sidings in Trehafod.

Hopefully I'll be taking my Scott Boulder (rigid) out in the morning as I've swapped the slicks to Panaracer Fire XC pros (cheers jamabikes ).

Same place (Barry Sidings) but a different trail and not as far up
Went rigid as opposed to full boing yesterday. Faster on the ups, slower (and more painful) on the downs!!

About 5 miles today (15 this weekend). More tomorrow. Hopefully riding the Taff Trail to Castell Coch.

Very true, went up Whiteways yesterday on the Kilauea shook me to bits lol

Popped down to Drumlanrig today, trails are fantastic. Drove through a rain storm and feared the worst but when I got there it was idyllic, sun dappled and mud free Took the new build for a shakedown and was pleasantly surprised. Just what the doctor ordered. Had meant to do a couple of loops but only had time to fit in the one 20K/12mile
