the so called "fluffychicken" provokes the flavour of you first response regularly it woud seem nick

I asked about a bolt size the other day and found myself having to justify the retrones of the seatpost in question to him

**** retentive springs to mind

But I was trying to find your bolt by looking at the old FSA websites and other site to see if it was M5/6/7 for you. Would have saved me the effort and hassle if you'd told me the year. I assumed by posting in the Retro section and not the none retro section I shouldn't need to ask if it's a modern post.
Sorry for trying to help find your bolt size that you asked for help on. I'll not bother again.

and I don't decide the 1997/8 dateline, I would still look a few years later if someone posted in there. I wouldn't look at early 2000 and beyond though.

I know you were only helping and i am only joking with you now

I only posted up there as i have put questions in the later section before and no one has looked for days

anyway thanks for the help fluffy.....roll over and I will rub your tum and make it all better.........(I confess I am a f*****g wimp  )

anyone that rides a bike with large rotating body part slicers on them cannot be that wimpy™ ;)

Years ago my brother and i were riding back from herringfleet hills in norfolk, and he had bought some vegetables from a farm shop, when we were riding down an incline at about 25mph he threw a cucumber through my spinergy front wheel......................I was covered in the cucumber when it actually exploded....like a bloody mulimix that front wheel

All I was trying to say was is it a good idea to buy something from a new member who may have only joined to make a fast buck,as if you pay them and they dont send the item you have very little power to do anything about it.

You are correct that users should be cautious when buying from new members. However this is already well set out in the classified rules and guidance > http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17697 which I'm sure you've read  If you are sensible why not buy from new members. You were new quite recently and people bought and sold from you didn't they.

once again my posts are being misread

Seems to happen a lot doesn't it? Maybe if you gave your posts a little more time and thought rather than trying to keep your astonishing post count up you might not have these issues.

I only joined up this year john but if you check my feedback you will see that I have been trustworthy enough,is it wise to buy from a member with no feedback who has just joined :?:

I wasn't questioning your trustworthyness. If you'd read my post properly etc.

and if so,anyone had any trouble doing so,before i buy and lose my money thats all

Sorry, I don't follow that bit. See my post above.

.....roll over and I will rub your tum and make it all better........

I'm sure if you rolled over there'd be quite a queue to rub your tum. As it were.

Astonishing post count  I am unique for that am I :D

Glad you managed not to respond to any of the points I raised there.

As for post count I should've put post rate. Well done you.
