Hi , a friend of mine is wanting to sell this (not the pedals they're mine already
) but the sharp eyed among you will have noticed it has an endless band clamp keeping the top of the head tube circular. Can anyone recommend a repairer ? It's been used like this without issue for years so theoretically it doesn't necessarily need repairing but obviously it's worth more fixed . Anyone care to speculate an unrepaired value . He'd rather not part it out .
