What's that attached to the seatpost? Looks like a can of spraypaint?

it comes with the wolber tubulars in case of a puncture . it inflates the tubular and fix the puncture . must be some kind of latex . not sure it still works after 20 years but I am going to put some Stan latex in the tubular .

That will last you a lifetime. I got a litespeed road bike and think it is fantastic. No worries about damaging the frame unlike my mates with carbon frames.
What does yours weigh?
