OK, I think I have found the problem... lubing the inners worked a bit but not much.
But just before hitting the showers with a
 face, I was thinking: Hey, when I showed the bike here there was this dude Carsten who adviced me to cross the front/rear cable inside... now what if the inner of the front cable is "running over" the inner for the rear cable. That would end up with sort of a "spring-tension" problem as I will never be able to get the rear cable tight enough.
So I then just disconnected the front gearcable from the mech and reconnected the rear cable very tight onto the rear mech. Tried it and it would shift as if nothing was the problem! So, I pulled out the inner for the front cable and pulled it in again, but now looking to route it beneath the rear-cable... pulled it out again with my magic-paperclip-cable-grab-thingie and TADA! problem solved!
So that ended up me getting into the shower with a
face instead hehehe...
Thanx for all the help guys! Really happy with this and now front and rear works! Only problem I have now is that the sold me 9-speed chainrings and told me that would work... yeah, it works but my chain is rattling against the front biggest chainring when I'm in the middle and lower 3 rear cogs. So I guess this is a chainring spacer (and of course narrow/supernarrow chain) issue?
