If it's had the FTW seat tube mod it may be at 27.0.
Double thickness external sleeve at the top of the seat tube junction would be the give away.

Cool bike. Couple of frame details strongly suggest 87 or 88. Frame number from the BB shell might help. It also appears that sometime it made a trip to the Durango factory for paint, 3rd gen headbadge, and had a front derailleur cable stop added to the seattube. Oddly enough, it didn't have seattube and chainstay "fixes" added.
