lacing a wheel

The 288 aren't in stock :x Will I be ok if I use all 286 instead or do I really really need 288 too?

By the way thanks for helping me out on this one all, I think if I started this topic on any other forum chances are I'd get no helpful replies at all.

cannondale king is the best for what will do, I wouldn't like to say.
but I would have thought so.

I would double check measurements first.

check it on all the calcs again as well. maybe even send rigida an email for the erd http://www.rigida.com/en/contact (I think that's the company)

The order has been placed. My uncle, who has laced moped and motorcycle wheels before, has offered to help me if I get stuck at a point. So I think everything will be ok.. If the spoke length is correct that is!

So the spokes and nipples finally arrived this weekend and I started building the wheel right away. Lacing the spokes really wasn't that hard and I got rid of any bends and high and low spots with my makeshift truing stand.
