Looks to be 1993, triple-butted, 39cm a-c, suitable for a frame 1993 or earlier with 11cm head tube or less.

i.e., a good fork if it suits your frame, but there aren't that many frames it will suit - 1993 size 18 or 16, earlier than 1993 size 16 only.
