I have been riding an older Kona Kiluea (1992?) now for a long time, but I need a new casette/system with more power to make it up bigger hills, any ideas?? I use this for mountain biking and it has an upgraded front shock already. Will a 10 speed casette fit on the the current 3 by 7 setup? Can I make this a 1 by 10? what parts/sizes of cassetes will I need specifically? Any suggestions welcome
