Whats the general opinion of the above
I've just bought one brand new as a frame for £51 posted.
Its obviously a new model as its made of alloy.Im looking for something to set up as a less expensive[+ therefore less obvious to thieves] ,city runabout for getting the shopping/paper/city centre visits.
seller stated 21" but im wondering if its really 19" and he's included the top of the seat tube.But we'll see when it arrives :?
If it is a 21"[im really tall and its not for off road]i might even attempt one of these 'single speeds' i hear so much about
