kona explosif serial number identification

I am restoring two Kona Explosifs

One is a 20" 1990 serial number T 9010 2241 it has the built in seat post collar

The other is a 21" 1991 or 92 serial number 2I 16 on one side of the BB
the other side reads F 1077599 [/size][/b]and requires a separate seat post

Can anyone confirm the year?
Does the F in the second one denote an Asian build?
Any help would be appreciated.

T = Don't know, but Taiwan something similar
F = Fairly

that first number gives its build year with the 'F', model year could be either that or year after (or even later but I don't think they relabelled old frames)

They switched to H (Hodaka) builds for later Explosifs
