Klein Airbrushed Paintjobs, hmm not convinced

storm, nightstorm et al look beautiful on a mantra, but messy on a tubular frame. the best schemes i've seen on tubular kleins are sea and sky, puget morning and 25th anniversary.

its a common mistake. I LOVE the way they look. I HATE the way they ride (or rather I vastly prefer modern XC FS.. but thats a whole other thread of banter

I have just this morning put two pairs of pink Camo V-brake pad holders on my Surly. So i dont have anything to add to this.

Just that i have heard Snickers are changing their name to Retrobike.

I know i take the P all the time but i do realy have Dyslexia.

Anyway, talking of airbrush art. The mrs and me do one or two classic car shows through out the year,and on occasion a big American rig turns up with all this air brush stuff on. The whole thing is covered by movie stars! And we spend happy minutes trying to work out who the hell they are.Also without laughing too loudly infront of the owner in the silly cowboy hat.
And talking of cowboys the funniest of all the movie stars is John Wayne.He has a face that looks like he has been run over by his horse! Priceless.

There's nowt wrong with Klein paint jobs a good coat of hammerite wouldn't fix.

Anyway.......£1000 frame??? More like £50 frame with £10 worth of paint vomited onto it by a colourblind hedgehog.

I have to stress, I think they are quite cool (trucks with airbrushing on them). Wouldn't own one mind. And there's the point.

I used to be a CB'er too (like to think we were a bit guerilla, not mainstream ) A LOT of airbrushing adornes that world I can tell you.

Airbrushes should deffo be banned, they make everyone want to paint their motor bike / helmet / bonnet / zimmer frame like Alien.

It's just wrong!
