Sadly both seat post and stem are stuck solid. So it's either going back whence it came, or FREE to anyone who can collect from Norwich! I'll hang on to it for a further week.

Thanks for the kind offer Bob. There's so much going on at the moment, I won't have time even to strip the bike. It has to be collect or back to the dump. I'll pm you.

Shame I am not in your neck of the woods as I would like throw some time and penetrating oil at that with a view to using it.

Yes thanks. But the way things are, collect is the only option...I've used plenty WD40 but no joy so far.
