Judy Revive seal fitting problem.

If so, how the hell do you fit them?.......they would appear to be an incredibly tight fit!

I'm trying to fit them to Judy FSX forks, is there some subtle difference to a regular Judy?

Hmmmm, the matching seals on Enduro's website say they only fit 2000 - 2002 Judy's...

I take it you do actually mean the Rock Shox spare and not the "Enduro model" above?

I have never fitted them to a FSX but from what I remember the diameter is the same as 97 and later 28mm Judy's.

I used a seal press and fork grease to fit them. Warming them in hot water helps soften them up a bit.

I myself have fitted the grey seal only to old Judy's and early SID's I remember leaving off the lower seal and foam ring due to some issue?

The lower seal and foam ring are intended for oil lubricated forks anyway and I don't recommend these parts on early forks if you want to reduce stiction.
