Rollamajig type thingymajig :lol:

To fit....remove the standard cable adjuster from your mech...and replace with the little silver bit pictured.
Place the spring to the thread of your rear mech cable adjuster and attach to the top thread of the thingymajig.

If you fancy this....you can have it karma stylee.....to the first correct answer of this question.

There are six grape varieties permitted for the production of Champagne.
Name the three principle ones :D

Light green grapes, medium green and dark green ( or brut, semi brut and sec as they are called in French). The others being seedless grapes for alcohol free champagne, light red grapes for that rosy 'ladies champagne', and raisins to make vintage champagne.

I'll take the cash alternative please.
 
And if you fry it in vegetable oil then that makes it one of your 5 a day
