This 99p start thing is strange. I sell a lot of vintage quality watches on Ebay and have been doing it for about 7 years now and I find if you list a watch as a 'buy it now' at a price of say £300, nobody buys it. I then list it as a 99p no reserve a few days later and it ends up selling for £350! :? After 7 years of doing this it still leaves me confused, but happy to sell.
