Just got to persuade the RH pedal to come off now!! The flats have rounded so the spanner just slips... any ideas?

In fact the last seized seatpost resisted until the stillys were brought into action.
The seatpost was wreacked, but the frame saved........

If you can get the pedal body off the axle first then you can hold the axle in a vice and turn the crank.
