I'm stood to the right of Laura Marling in an orange and blue check shirt on top of a brown RB shirt. Had a reality check, I gotta lose some weight, it's embarrassing! You can't see the RB logo clearly though, damnit.

Really good night, they film Friday's show first before going live at 10:30 for Later Live. I was stood next to Alan Yentob and Katy Brand, Yaaayyyy, I love Katy Brand!

Quite a lot of banter and a bit of jamming behind the scenes, and impressed with how slick it's put together. Was a great night.

Never thought I'd say it but Damon Albarn in a genius.
