As in title, I'm looking to build up a light tourer / winter bike, with the following desirables...
XL frame, around 24" (61-63cm) in old money (bit smaller if modern geometry)
Canti OR disc
Steel
Clearance for 700x35c tyres with mudguards & rack
Structurally sound obviously, don't mind dodgy paintwork as it'll be refinished
130mm OLD is possible, 126mm if not
English BB
Older bikes I like include Dalesman, Galaxy, Randonneur, Touristique etc. As for modern, I'm open to suggestion!
