These are a well known cancelled order built by Saracen rather than a Saracen though specific details are sketchy. There's a few of them on the CTC forum too. They started to crop up a few years ago when some plonker tried to sell them on Ebay as Ritcheys on the grounds of the drop outs :roll:

Mine arrived 5 mins before I left for work - I was late for work...

very light frame, paint ok but not fantastic and I personally like the design.

Nothing in that paint scheme between 1994 and 1998. 1996 Kili's were either:

Tange MTB/Prestige Concept (Comp)
Ritchey Logic WCS (Pro)
Aermet (Flyer)
Ti 3AL 2.5V Titanium (Ultra)

All were just powder coated over base metal too.

The 'made by Saracen but for someone else' theory makes more sense
