ID this old lugged steel frame, junk or worth rescuing?

That's the rustiest titanium I've ever seen.

I can't see any rust on the tubes?

As for whether it's worth saving. The parts are not worth anything/much. And if someone wanted the frame then it wouldn't need painting. So probably not worth anything really.

I just noticed the broken chainstay joint, defo doesn't look right.

May check it out tomorrow , chances are it won't be coming home with me since it doesn't seem to be special enough to warrant making room for....besides I have enough projects as it is!

Seat tube, above the mech clamp bolt, it's showing rot poking through the paint. And on the down tube a little way up from the BB lugs.
