Looking for a postive ID on this frame

Parts date it around 93.

m800-600-900 or BOTE?

Serial has helped me ID it as a 135mm rear end, sept 91 , 15 inch frame. But won’t help with model unfortunately

So, probably 92 M-series model, as it already looks to have 1-1/4" headtube (not in 91 models). It is impossible to determine exact model. The frames were the all the same, only components changing according to model, so M2000/1000/700. The geometry does not look like M800 BOTE, but you can do measurements and refer to https://vintagecannondale.com/year/1992/1992.pdf

Yes it has a 1 1/4 headtube.

Spec was LX M563 bits , vantage comp rims. Looks to me like a M700 based upon that.

The seat stay / seat tube join looks different on yours. Maybe because of a smaller size frame?
