1x m569 i believe, rear mech, long pull, jockeys good, spring strong and tense, light scuffing too the LX plate, mega9, came off a specialized FSR, £10 posted?

1x shimano 105 pedals, cage and spd fitting, unfortunately i have neither of the adaptors, so £5 posted?
