not sure if this bike fits the retro title?
im sure i will be educated if not.

frame: gary fisher easton pro caliber circa 2000. medium i think.
forks: rock shox sid xc hydra air. 1 1/8th steerer.
wheels: mavic crossland.
tyres: ritchey aplha/ omega bite.
group: shimano xt with hollow bb.
head: modus.
brakes: avid arch rival canti.
bars: easton ea50 25.4
stem: ritchey 100mm 6deg 25.4 clamp.
seat post: carbon look type.
seat: lookin gel.

the bike is built and very light. there are cosmetic issues with the frame paint. its flaked in a few areas and ive done repairs years ago using sign vinyl. very effective actually. the top genesis decal is missing.

this is more of an interest check really. got a figure of £400 in my mind, but feel free to add your opinion if its sensible.
i might be tempted to break it up if there is cause.

pics to follow.

was almost excited then....now if only it was 11 years older :D

You may want to post it in the 98> section

good luck with the sale.

exactly how do you date it? im only guessing at 2000.
there are 4 different sets of stamping on the bb and the only bit that looks like a year is 88. but i didnt think they had been around that long.
so now im confused 8)

If its an 88 I'll take it !

Sounds later though....put some pics up and the folk on here will tell you.

i think it is later. just been doing a bit of reading and it seems the original procaliber was know as the fisher and not gary fisher. this one also has mountings for rear disc. not IS but there all the same. i will get some pics up over the weekend.
