Im still very unfit it seems.
So far I've managed a max of 12 miles at an average of 10.6mph. Mostly XC consisting of loose gravel and the single track. Nothing too difficult though.
You guys have been doing this far longer, so how do I stack up, what should I aim for?
I'm 91.4kg and dropping, slowly :/ I also smoke but trying to quit currently.
