how do i set up my own web page and how do i make a logo?

hi everyone i need start my own web advert page and need to get myself a logo for it and start my own web wheelbuilding nothing flash that just states my labour charges and an email address on that people can contact me for priceing is this possable and how do i do it :? :? :?


i honestly haven't got a clue its all because iv'e been offer the chance to build a load of wheels for a national team and they want a logo for there kit and a web page to put on there site. im only building them as i like the guys an girls and im not getting paid just doing it as they asked nicely and to get noticed a little for my art

can anyone help please with a cherry on top and sprinkles and everything else

A customer of mine had his own web-hosting domain re-seller business http://www.domainsrush.com. Phil O'Neill is the guy that runs it, tell him I sent you and I am sure he can sort you out a deal. To make the website I used Dreamweaver, bought a book and followed it from start to finish. I am sure there are free online resources that can help like http://www.freeservers.com/ free hosting and domain but not your own something along the lines of http://danbuildsgoodwheels.freeservers.com

There's free web space all over the 'net.. most ISP's give a chunk of it with their packages nowadays too..

Logo design.. any paint package.. I've used Photoshop to do some..

Joomla is alleged to be quite simple to use for content management

lewis thats the sort of thing im after front page contact email address for price enquires and testimonials with pics of wheels iv'e built

if john the man the legend himself can build me one id be well and trully over the moon

i am sure john can do better than vistaprint but if you do try and do it yourself it is really really easy. i have wdded pages, changed text and layout and allsorts.

you dont need to be able to write in html or anything like that. if you can type and upload images from your computer you can create something.

I know you've probably spent hours doing it, for now I would keep it simple. And putting your email in the same text is a big mistake. Keep your email as a clickable link within the webpage [email protected]
