Hope - top fellas!

Posted my 2002 TiGlide hub for refurb yesterday at 16.55. At 14.30 today I get a phonecall, "hello its Hope we've serviced your hub and its waiting for dispatch - it'll be with you tomorrow"

Cost - little more than the cost of the bearings, and seals plus £8 for postage.

Service like that has to be shouted about! Thank you Hope people.

That is indeed- there's been quite a few good reports for Hope's service I've noticed recently. And they are Made in Barlick!!!!

I had very similar. 2004 rear XC that had been used for everything from trials to DJs to commuting had a cracked hub flange. 2 days later it had a shiny new hub body free of charge. Few mates have had similar experience. Really top notch service!

The customer service from Hope is fantastic. Makes it worth the extra cost of the products.

Do they refurb brakes too? That would save a lot of mess...

Brakes - refurb for £40-£50 depending on which model (Monos for £40). Includes new pads, pistons , seals and stuff. If refurbing they will upgrade cables to Hope braided cables for a further £25.

Front hub service - £10 to £15. I've got a pdf I can forward if interested PM me.

I lost one of the springs on one of my Hope quick release skewers. Rather than use a shimano one that didn't match I sent Hope a sob email and they sent me loads of springs for free, and some stickers!!! They are cool people!!!

With this type of customer service,this is why we should buy Hope Headsets rather than Chris King. I have one of each.There is little difference,but at least with one you are keeping British jobs,and can get service in 20 years

I though i was done for when told this.But the LWB and Hope have come up with -The axle ,the spacers and the end caps. :8
I thought it was going to be consigned to the parts box,but now its got a whole new lease of life
I'll really be chuffed if they manage to send me red end caps.But its likely to be silver or black.
