Hope Ti-Glide Info Needed

Just put a Ti-glide back together, fitted the freehub and noticed there was a 5mm gap between the outside of the drive side flange and inner face of the freehub lip.

So I placed the wheel into the frame and used the skewer to press the freehub into the hub body. This drove them 3mm together but it still leaves a 2mm gap. The thing is I can't remember if there should be a flush fit between the two parts of if there was a gap between them originally?

Would anyone know what's the correct setup?

Should be near flush but not quite, as when the bearing start to wear the body wobbles a bit and it cuts the into the Alu.

Either way all in it should be 135mm (or 130mm depending on which you have) between the dropouts when done up.

Luckily non of the faces have chewed into one another in the past, I whipped off the wheel as soon as I noticed the wobble. A bit too quick really, didn't take the time to notice what size the gap between flange and freehub was!

I'll measure up the gap between dropouts as you suggested

I measured the distance between dropouts as you suggested,
it was a bit awkward and due to dropout design I took two measurements-
the average of the two was 135.3mm. I'll go for a spin tomorrow and re-check. Cheers.
