Holdsworth or not? Help with frame identification

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you can help with identifying a frame?

It's purportedly a Holdsworth, but I can't find a serial number anywhere - either on the frame of the fork.

The previous owner left it rusting outside for the last two years, so I had to save it irrespective of what it turns out to be. It's been totally resprayed at some point and has a "531 resprayed" sticker. The Holdsworth decal is a weird green rather than the traditional blue, so I'm wondering whether this is just someone approximating a Holdsworth, rather than the genuine article

I've included photos of the frame - any help appreciated!

Re:

I cant see anything that says it is not a Holdsworth(y) from the mid 60s to early 70s apart from the lack of frame number.
If it has a sloping fork crown probably the later end.
Holdsworthy also made own name frames for the trade.
