Hello, it’s been a while… Noticed something out of the corner of my eye at a car boot sale this morning. Something about the overall look…I’ve had a ‘90 Courier Comp before and remember the paint schemes from the ‘90 catalogue…

Seeker Mega. Probably 1990 but I can’t find anything in the catalogues…

Almost all original, new rear tyre, horrible grips and bar ends and a Bontrager seat.

I’ve give it a quick fettle and sorted the front brake. Needs a proper clean and service and both wheels tru-ing up. All works, ordered tyres for it.

Oh, paid £10 for it…

Finally cleaned up and back on the road. All original 86 Courier apart from new tyres, brake pads, lovely vintage style cables from Velo Duo, freewheel and bottom bracket. The saddle took some work to tidy up, and I had to polish up those Araya rims!
