Boston A26 speakers in beautiful gloss piano black finish. Excellent sounding speakers designed by Ken Ishiwata (the famous Marantz electronics guru) Cost £249 in 2018, these are in lovely condition and of course fully working. £75 collected, RG12 (no postage, sorry) .........Reduction to £65.
Peachtree Audio Decco 65. 65 watt class D amp with 3 digital inputs (2 x Coax and USB) and an analogue input too. Hybrid valve/solid state pre-amp stage and built in DAC, a lovely blend of old school and new modern features. Solid silver aluminium facia and rose wood wrap around finish, heavily built, weighing in at 28lb. Has a few little marks from normal wear and tear, but nothing bad. Comes in a Peachtree box (not the original) and packaging, with the powercord, but without it's original remote which went walkies at some stage. Sounds fab, a bit unusual and different ~ RRP was around £850 ~ for sale at £350 Collection RG12. Reduced to £295
Creek Evolution amp in black, 85 watts per channel, from 2008. In almost unmarked condition and complete with it's original remote. Works beautifully, smooth and silent operation, everything working as it should. The amp also has the optional MM phono stage installed, this was a £120 upgrade on top of the £599 amp price. Sounds fab, looks fantastic, excellent working order ~ £275 collected from RG12.
Rega DAC in excellent condition and fully working order. 5 filters to fine tune the sound presentation. Inputs for USB, 2 optical, 2 coax. Outputs in optical, coax and analogue. Beautiful solid build quality and a nice sounding warm unit which sounds less harsh than more modern DACs. Circuit is designed around two Wolfson WM8742 DAC chips.
This is the very well regarded earlier version with the "clover leaf" power socket. I've also owned the later ones, and this one's better
