Help with my B.O.L.X. Please

I have a 1993 BOLX and over the years it has had various updated parts and I want to get it back to completely standard for the year.

What cantilever brakes would you suggest, seat pin and stem (what size stem do they take??).

Obviously if you have anything for sale then I’ll be interested.

Mine is a ‘92 and takes a 27.0 seatpost (I use an xtr, but think x-lite or syncros would be good) and a 1” stem (I used a syncros one until I found a Roberts, or I see Salsa stems in some brochures.
I’ve probably got a 1” Syncros stem... if you are interested, no noodle.
Cantilever, I’ve not seen too many with really pimp brakes (eg grafton) so I use xtr m900. The super light DOGS used lx as these were really light, and xt would be an option. Some back then had the Campag Record OR brakes.
No hard and fast rules .

Mine has a fairly modern Tioga post which is a 26.8 and is fairly tight fitting...do you think a 27” would fit as 26.8 is not a great size it seems when trying to find a post. I do have Syncros stem but I’m after something with zero rise of possible,are they 1”?. I’ll keep a lookout for the xtr cantis but will need a stem with a roller?

I’m sure if a 26.8 is tight then you’ll not want a 27!
They were all different size tubes, custom I suppose.
Not sure if I’ve got a spare post in 26.8 - I’ve a NOS Deore dx which is silver. I did have a nice xt, but it might’ve gone with a bike sale.
Syncros will do some zero rise stems (in 1” and larger), but I have found any with a canti noodle are quite hard to find and significantly more expensive - same with Salsa. I’ve got a headset mounted canti hanger.
