Help using nkilgariff to identify Claud Butler frame model (number and pictures in thread)

Retro Newbie
I am just doing a deep clean and rebuild of my Claud Butler bike which I bought (already renovated) from Bikes For Good Causes in Wood Green several years ago. If I remember correctly the bike had been sitting in storage in someones garage and was donated when they passed. The shop put some new parts on the bike (including chainset, pedals, freewheel and possibly wheels. I think they may have also resprayed it too. Either way they did a great job but it is time for another big clean up and I got curious about identifying the exact model of the frame if anyone here can help? I have found matching frame numbers (4308) under the bottom bracket shell and on the steerer tube. Using the frame number guide on nkilgariff.com it seems like this four digit frame number could either be a 1938, 1964 or 1973 build. My guess would be the bike is more likely to be a sixties or seventies build? The shop told me it was Reynolds 531 and it has the sticker which I assume was faithfully replaced.

Looking at the 1964 catalogue of R531 bikes and trying to inspect the detail on head tube I can't seem to find a match. This suggested perhaps it was a 73 frame (these seem to be listed as "custom" on the frame number guide) but there is no catalogue on nkilgariff.com. I looked at the 72 catalogue and searched those bikes online but couldn't find anything that looked exactly like it.

I have attached some pictures. Let me know if there is anymore details/photos that would be helpful.

This is the closest look alike I have found online yet. Frame number is 9305 or maybe 93058? Not sure how they dated it to 1961.

Details like the cable routing, brake bridge and fork rake look more like a 60s frame than a 70s one to me (based on general bike trends during the period compared to the 70s, not specifically CB models). So, that would mean 1964 if the frame number guide is correct.
