Help to ID this Kona?

Hello everyone; this is my first post, so please be kind!

Can anyone by any chance help with identifying this Kona? I gather from a little research that the decals signify a 1994/5 date, but there's no sign of any model name on the bike. It's definitely pretty old and a 15-speed... any Sherlocks able to shed any light, please??
