Hi everyone, i don't have any bikes at the moment, but have two bikes being built by someone on here for me. As because i have been having no spare time to build myself lately. And with a long bad deal to do with mountain bikes i had got down about the whole thing then someone offered to help and build for me.
Anyway i am seriously over weight and need to lose weight, i have been gyms but not my cup of tea. Not into running machines etc. So when i get bikes best what am i best doing, i.e going out every night or every other?? How far am i best to ride etc.
Any help info be great.
