hate that feeling where you just want to relax or get on with something but you feel like there is something else that needs to be done
anxious?

Not anxious I don't think..

anx·ious   [angk-shuhs, ang-] –adjective
1. full of mental distress or uneasiness because of fear of danger or misfortune; greatly worried; solicitous: Her parents were anxious about her poor health.
2. earnestly desirous; eager (usually fol. by an infinitive or for ): anxious to please; anxious for our happiness.
3. attended with or showing solicitude or uneasiness: anxious forebodings.

i suffer with anxiety a lot. get to work early for no real reason. ride home and start panicking about nothing. i know there's nothing to panic about but that doesnt stop the physical feelings of panic. drive my car sometimes and just know i'm going to crash. think about situations in my head that are so far fetched its unreal, then make life altering decisions based on these fears.

it is truly horrendous to feel this way and sadly it is happening more and more often.

sounds like a trip to the doctor is in order buddy, when i say i get attacks i mean not very often, quite severe though. normally to do with money   i presume its anxiety as ive nothing 'to compare to'
if thats the case overall its bloody weird to be quite frank

i can totally see that coming. sometimes if i am out on a night out or at work i just get an overwhelming feeling that i just want to be at home with the doors locked and the fire on.

its not all the time mind.

reluctant to go to the doctors as they are very quick to prescribe happy pills and then you have a record of mental health problems.

I get the same now and again, there's no trigger but quite an overwheming feeling of panic that does dissapear in a short time!

Doctors are actually quite good and there are lots of herbal remedies etc. out there that can help.

I think cutting down on alcohol consumption can help too if your a drinker...the stuff is a depressant!

Alcohol and drugs (non-prescription) are major contributors to anxiety and depression.. I don't do either..
