One of the reasons for the switch to the "aero" front wheel is my traditional front wheel was making noise, and when I pulled it's axle out I saw it's bearing cones were pitted. It had grease in, but maybe just from stress the surface broke down. So while I am looking for some new bearing cones for the old front wheel I will use this aero one I built up.
