Has anyone got experience of TEFL courses?

There's a lot out here and I'm looking to avoid the cowboys...

I haven't done a TEFL course myself; however, I do know that the CELTA and DELTA are two of the most widely recognised TEFL qualifications (Cambridge is the awarding body).

Your next task is to find an organisation that provides a course leading to whichever of those qualifications suits you, and that will usually be a local college or university. At the moment, that might be a little tricky, although they might have switched to online provision.
