I would rather be salt of the earth anyday. and whats a real snob, there are none on here, everyone seems openminded to me!

Last time I was out riding the singletrack round Holmbury I got chatting to a couple of lady MTB instructors. One of them had a lovely 853 Cotic I was drooling over, she had a look at my bike, "wow you've got gumwall tyres, thumb shifters and cantis, is that a Middleburn granny ring? YOU'RE A BIKE GEEK AREN'T YOU!"

Bike geek, that's the worst insult I've had.
