I am in the process of finishing of a 92 karakoram, the thing is it is a 16" and i thought for the price a bargain, but it might be a bit small, but having almost finished it with a 130mm stem (and following the heel on pedal seat height recomemdation), it seems ok size, so now on the the question - I'm 5'10" with a 34" leg (from floor to top of inside leg) and i have a mint 16" rts frame, thats lovely and never ever been built into a bike, and a 18" RTS thats awaiting a respray, so what do people think i do, would the smaller rts be too small for me if i built it up?

with full sus you can usually go a size smaller than with a hardtail .
