That fork isn't to badly damaged by the looks of it..
I'd be tempted to warm it and reset it..
I live close to it too..

Anyone on here win it? I decided against bidding for it, even though I do want another Karakoram, I should probably wait awhile and get on with working on the bikes I do own.
