The Rohloff ads another 1 kilo to the total compared to the Phil Wood SS hub.
..still nothing compared to my 95 kilo bodyweight

never saw this response till now. Yes, completely understand. But, I was wondering if the handling is affected at all by the difference in weight distribution? Relative, of course, to a SS setup, as I'm sure it beats a geared bike.
