Grease!

Can anyone tell me the types of grease I'm looking at to reassemble some old Indy XCs?
I'm fairly confident about a Judy Butter type for the elastomers, but I'm struggling to identify what I should be using for the plungers/lower internals?
Any advice & guidance greatly appreciated...

Judy butter is now Sram butter, and that'll be fine all over everything on those forks.

Also Slik honey and all the others would be fine.

Now you’ve had a sensible answer I can jump in. Was waiting.

Is this some kind of preparatory act?: greasing your lower internals.

This is the cleanest innuendo I could come up with, not the first.

Chamois cream? A banana?

That keeps it simple :D

Thank you Mr M_T_S

  Thanks for the restraint THM- very disciplined of you... :p

I won't be discussing my lower internals on here though, thank you very much

...further grease question! What would people recommend as the best all-round grease for bearings? Ideally something that would suit for hubs, headsets and BBs...
