Re:

Thanks guys. Still heard nothing as yet. In fairness got caught up and didn't ring that other number last night so will do tonight - thought of it too early uk time and got distracted. I'll pursue this until the end of the week and then seek somewhere different to get the decals. I've waited 5 weeks and heard nothing the whole time :(

Re:

So if I cannot get these guys does anyone know my rights to get my money back? 20 squid paid though PayPal? Thanks :)

Re:

I think you are covered by PayPal.

Just last week, I received excellent service from a company called Dnfive graphics.

The full orange decal set was with me two days after placing the order ... That included my request for a slight variation in colour scheme from the originals. All dealt with through email... Replied to on the same day.
Great price and great quality.
Only drawback is they don't have a huge range on their website but , you can phone them to discuss your requirements.

Re:

Thanks for the tip. Step one I will call that alternative number for this crowd, if no luck look into getting money back off PayPal somehow then look into that place u suggested. Cheers y'all!

Re:

Not a decals post, but.. Paypal now has it's own dispute resolution service. It's similar (funnily enough) to Ebay's. You can raise a dispute and one of the options is "goods not received". The recipient then has a set amount of time to respond/refund, and if not then PP take up the case. I've used it once and got a refund within 2 days.
The thing with Paypal is, that if the other party doesn't respond they can pay you back & debit the other party themselves (part of the Terms of Service) so it can be handy.

Re:

The other phone number is "disconnected" so next step PayPal to try and get my dosh back and then get me some new decals!

Does that apply to PayPal gift? I didn't think it did

Mike

No, the dispute/resolution service is only for goods or services paid for using Paypal, on a seller's website for example.

If you send money as a gift, there's nothing to dispute, hence if buying something and paying using the gift option, be wary. Otherwise send money selecting the goods/services option (i think that's what it's called) and pay the 4% fee so you;re covered if anything goes awry. ;)
