Embarrassingly I put this up much earlier this year and then put it in completely the wrong box in the workshop - 8 and 9 speed cassettes for goodness’ sake - and so had really lost it badly. Someone asked for it a couple of months ago - now found - but of course with the changes to the site I can’t access the message which was sent....do get in contact if you still need it.....
