Fusion 0250 1992 Build

Hi all,

I know this wont be to everyones taste but as a few on here will know I have found this little gem (IMO) on filthbay....just a couple of miles from me!

It is NOS but does have a couple of minor scars. It has been sat in a box nearly 20 years!

I vaguely remember Fusion back in the day (this is a 1992) but to be honest don't know much about them....can anyone shed any light... positive or not?

The frame (labelled as tange prestige concept) appears to be put together very well and is as light as piss! One thing baffles me tho....as "the big cheese" pointed out....how the seat stays meet the seat tube is very odd. see pic. An extra strong steel seat bolt will be needed

I will be building this up over the next couple of months for the missus (too small for me) as an xmas prezzie cos she aint getting that puppy!

I have most bits I need but anything minty M730etc would be great

Any thoughts folks?

as before - my mate had the orange/black one and used to regularly fire bolt heads across the garage with those rear stays - so use good quality parts!

A little well overdue update....nearly all here. Decided to hang some nice M900 stuff on it too. Im just missing a descent 7 speed HG cassette and some M730 Skewers....anyone???

I really wanted to go to the Temple Newsam ride today but family dutys not allowing so I thought I would hang a few more bits on the missus's new bike.... Its very nearly all there and I am quite happy with it so far
