what are the prices? Is it £300 for everything in the pic less the cranks?

£300 for the lot ex. cranks, though if you wanted the cranks and BB then £340 should do it

what is the size and top tube

It's an 18" 853 frame original Ross Schafer around 2000
top tube is 23" -23.5" stem is 130mm
