1987 Raleigh Royal Tourer 23"
Lovely 531ST frame in good condition for it's year (1987). Has a couple of parking scratches but no rust!
Fitted with anatomic bend bars, Trans Am saddle & 90's 105 hubbed wheels. SPD pedals. SKS mudguards, front one has light damage but works fine. Otherwise, original components which run well.
Fast, good handling ride with panniers/bar bag.
£250 This bike is in Bristol, I would prefer the buyer to collect.

About 6'. As pictured, the bb to top of saddle measured along seat tube is 78cm.

That sounds about right, unfortunately it is a tad small. The guy I want it for is 6'2" and I'd suggested a 62cm frame for him.
