That would make all the other measurements wrong.
That or they are just taken out of the catalogue.
Dekerf uses centre to top of seat tube.

well aware that dekerf sizes are to top of seat tube. but that front triangle looks much larger than 17" in my eyes.

That part wasn't aimed at you, I was just to lazy to alter reference in mobile layout
