Answer Taperlite, blue anodized. Not cut and in nice condition. Anodization is in good condition, some minimal fading but I guess brake lever will hide it away.

Nobody wants the handlebar?

It would look stunning on a Ti-frame or Yeti, and its only 40 grams heavier than a Hyperlite IIRC.
